Office Of Career Services (OCS)

The GTI Office of Career Services (OCS) aims to provide comprehensive and tailored support to students and alumni in their career development and professional growth. The scope of the OCS includes a range of services and resources designed to assist individuals in navigating their career paths effectively.

  1. Career Guidance and Counseling: OCS offers personalized counseling sessions to help individuals explore career options, identify strengths and interests, set career goals, and develop action plans.

  2. Job Placement Assistance: The office facilitates connections between students, graduates, and potential employers, organizing job fairs, networking events, and internship opportunities to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

  3. Skills Development Workshops: OCS conducts workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance essential skills such as resume writing, interview preparation, communication, leadership, and professional etiquette.

  4. Alumni Engagement: The OCS maintains connections with alumni, providing ongoing support and networking opportunities to leverage their experiences and expertise for the benefit of current students.

  5. Resource Center: The office maintains a repository of career-related resources, including job listings, industry insights, employer directories, and online tools to assist individuals in their career exploration and job search.

We are open on Monday – Saturday at 8am and 5pm, except on Sundays & Public Holidays.
